Sichuan Heentai has world-class packaging and testing production lines and an experienced production management team, with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan in equipment, including ASM, DISCO, K&S, SINKAWA, etc. In terms of production process, the company's current 8-stack die technology has achieved mass production, and is currently conquering 16-stack die technology, which is expected to achieve mass production in 2026.
